I was suffering from back pain due to a disc bulge. I came across Parminder yoga advertisement on social media as I had a previous experience with yoga that cured my asthma completely. So I decided to join a yoga class. As the classes went on I was experiencing my sciatica pain getting reduced, more body flexibility. Sessions are more focused on spine alignment. She interacts more with clients in sessions so that we can do yoga in the proper position. Even along with the yoga session, she keeps the theory session also along with the weekly Q&A session.
